Hey!

My name is Elena, and I run a home-based cookie business in Orange Park, FL. 

I made my first batch of decorated cookies in 2011. I have been learning the art of cookies since then, and ran Bake or Eat Sweets while earning my Bachelors in Business Administration at FSCJ! 

A few proud moments as the “cookie girl” were of me being featured as a guest on “The Chat”  ( local tv show), Jacksonville Magazine, "I want a Buzz." A few horror convention pop up shops, and accomplishing 1000 cookies for Miller Electric's Anniversary.

But the day to day small victories of getting a smile from a happy cookie customer are the best!

Well... I am sure I could write a book about all of my years of experience. 

I am still here making cookies, so that shows how much I love what I do, and how much care goes into each of them.
